သူရဲကောင်းကို တန်ဖိုးထားတဲ့ AA နဲ့ မုဆိုးမကို ပြည့်တန်ဆာဘဝရောက်စေတဲ့ စစ်ကောင်စီ (ကွာခြားချက်များ)

ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်၊ စစ်တွေစစ်မျက်နှာမှာ မကြာသေးခင်က ဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့တဲ့ တိုက်ပွဲသတင်းနဲ့အတူ တော်လှန်ရေးတပ်ဖွဲ့တစ်ခုနဲ့ အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်တပ်ကြားက မိုးနဲ့မြေလို ကွာခြားနေတဲ့ "တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ တာဝန်ခံမှု" အပိုင်းကို နှိုင်းယှဉ်တင်ပြချင်ပါတယ်။

(၁) သူရဲကောင်းတစ်ယောက်ရဲ့ မြင့်မြတ်သော နှုတ်ဆက်ထွက်ခွာခြင်း

ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဒီဇင်ဘာ ၃၁ ရက် (နှစ်သစ်ကူးကာလ) မှာ စစ်တွေ-ပုဏ္ဏားကျွန်းအစပ် တိုက်ပွဲအတွင်း အာရက္ခတပ်တော် (AA) ရဲ့ တပ်ရင်းမှူး ဗိုလ်မှူး ထက်မြက်သိန်း ကျဆုံးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အသက် (၃၃) နှစ်သာရှိသေးတဲ့ မာန်အောင်ဇာတိ ဗိုလ်မှူးဟာ ရှေ့တန်းစစ်မျက်နှာမှာ ရဲဘော်တွေနဲ့အတူ အနီးကပ်ကွပ်ကဲရင်း ရန်သူ့ကျည်ထိမှန်ကာ တိုင်းပြည်အတွက် အသက်ပေးလှူသွားခဲ့တာပါ။

ဆုံးရှုံးမှုက ကြီးမားပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ အာရက္ခတပ်တော် (AA) ရဲ့ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်က လေးစားဖွယ် ကောင်းလှပါတယ်။

• ဂုဏ်ပြုခြင်း - ဈာပနကို ဒေသဆိုင်ရာ တပ်မှူးတွေ၊ ရဲဘော်တွေနဲ့အတူ တခမ်းတနား ဂုဏ်ပြုကျင်းပခဲ့တယ်။

• တာဝန်ယူခြင်း - ကျန်ရစ်သူ ဇနီးနဲ့ သားသမီးနှစ်ယောက်ရဲ့ ဘဝရှေ့ရေး၊ ပညာရေးအတွက် တပ်တော်က အပြည့်အဝ တာဝန်ယူ စောင့်ရှောက်သွားမယ်လို့ ကတိပြုထားတယ်။

ဒါဟာ ကိုယ့်လူမျိုး၊ ကိုယ့်ရဲဘော်အပေါ် ထားရှိတဲ့ စစ်မှန်တဲ့ တန်ဖိုးထားမှုပါပဲ။

(၂) စစ်ကောင်စီလက်အောက်က စစ်သားမိသားစုများရဲ့ ငရဲခန်း

တစ်ဖက်မှာ ပြန်ကြည့်မယ်ဆိုရင် စစ်ကောင်စီတပ်ရဲ့ အခြေအနေက အင်မတန် ရုပ်ပျက်ဆင်းပျက် နိုင်လှပါတယ်။ စစ်သားတစ်ယောက် (သို့) အရာရှိတစ်ယောက် တိုက်ပွဲမှာ သေဆုံးသွားပြီဆိုတာနဲ့ ကျန်ရစ်သူမိသားစုရဲ့ ဘဝက ချက်ချင်းဆိုသလို အမှောင်ကျသွားပါတော့တယ်။

• လင်သေ လိုင်းခန်းဆင်း - ခေါင်းချစရာ နေရာမရှိတော့ဘဲ ချက်ချင်း မောင်းထုတ်ခံရတယ်။

• ဖြတ်စားခံရတဲ့ လျော်ကြေး - သေဆုံးမှု ဆုကြေးနဲ့ ဂရက်ဂျူတီ (Gratuity) တွေကို အထက်အဆင့်ဆင့်က ဖြတ်စားကြလို့ မိသားစုလက်ထဲရောက်တဲ့ငွေက ဘာမှ လုပ်ကိုင်စားလို့ မရလောက်အောင် နည်းပါးပါတယ်။

• ဘဝပျက်ရတဲ့ မုဆိုးမများ - တပ်ထဲမှာ နေတုန်းက "ပေါက်တူးပေါက်၊ မြက်ပေါက်" အလုပ်လောက်သာ လုပ်ခဲ့ရတဲ့ စစ်သည်တော် ဇနီးသည်တွေဟာ အပြင်လောကရောက်တဲ့အခါ အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်း ပညာမရှိကြပါဘူး။ ဝမ်းရေးခက်ခဲလွန်းလို့ တချို့ဆို မလုပ်ချင်ဘဲ ပြည့်တန်ဆာဘဝ ရောက်သွားကြရတယ်။ တချို့ဆိုရင် တပ်ထဲက အရာရှိတွေရဲ့ အပျော်မယ်ဘဝ ပြန်ရောက်သွားကြရတဲ့ အဖြစ်ဆိုးတွေ ဒုနဲ့ဒေးပါပဲ။

(၃) သုံးသပ်ချက်

ဒီအချက်တွေကို ကြည့်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် တော်လှန်ရေး ဘာကြောင့် အောင်မြင်နေသလဲဆိုတာ အဖြေပေါ်နေပါပြီ။ ကိုယ့်ရဲဘော်ရဲ့ သားသမီး အနာဂတ်ကို တာဝန်ယူတဲ့ "အာရက္ခတပ်တော်" နဲ့ ကိုယ့်တပ်သားရဲ့ မုဆိုးမကိုတောင် လမ်းဘေးရောက်အောင် တွန်းပို့နေတဲ့ "စစ်ကောင်စီ"... လူထုအနေနဲ့ ဘယ်သူ့ဘက်က ရပ်တည်မလဲဆိုတာ မေးနေစရာတောင် မလိုတော့ပါဘူး။

ကျဆုံးလေပြီးသော ဗိုလ်မှူး ထက်မြက်သိန်းနဲ့တကွ အာရက္ခရဲဘော်များအားလုံးကို ရဲဘော် ET မှ လေးစားစွာ ဦးညွှတ် ဂုဏ်ပြုလိုက်ပါတယ်။

Alongside the news of recent fighting on the Sittwe front in Rakhine State, I would like to present a comparison of the "Accountability and Responsibility" between a revolutionary force and the terrorist military—a difference as vast as the sky and the earth.

(1) The Noble Farewell of a Hero On December 31, 2025 (New Year's Eve), during a battle on the border of Sittwe and Ponnagyun, Major Htet Myat Thein, a Battalion Commander of the Arakan Army (AA), fell in action. The 33-year-old Major, a native of Manaung, sacrificed his life for his country while closely commanding his comrades on the front line when he was struck by enemy fire.

The loss is immense. However, the actions taken by the Arakan Army (AA) are truly respectable.

• Honors: The funeral was held with full honors, attended by regional commanders and comrades.

• Taking Responsibility: The Army pledged to take full responsibility for the future and education of his surviving wife and two children.

This demonstrates a genuine valuation of their own people and comrades.

(2) The Living Hell for Families of Military Council Soldiers On the other side, the situation within the Military Council's forces is incredibly ugly. As soon as a soldier or an officer dies in battle, the lives of their surviving family members immediately plunge into darkness.

• Eviction from Barracks: "When the husband dies, leave the barracks." They are immediately evicted with nowhere to rest their heads.

• Embezzled Compensation: Death gratuities and compensations are cut and embezzled by superiors at every level, leaving the family with an amount so small it is barely enough to survive.

• Widows with Ruined Lives: The wives of soldiers, who were only allowed to do menial labor like digging and weeding while living inside the cantonments, lack professional skills when they reach the outside world. Facing extreme hardship, some are forced into prostitution against their will just to eat. Cases of them becoming mistresses to officers inside the military are also unfortunately common.

(3) Analysis Looking at these points, the answer to why the revolution is succeeding becomes clear. Between the "Arakan Army," which takes responsibility for the future of a comrade's children, and the "Military Council," which pushes its soldiers' widows onto the streets... there is no need to ask whom the public will stand with.
