ပန်းရံလုပ်သူကို ရိုက်နှက်ဖမ်းဆီးပြီး စစ်မြေပြင်ပို့၊ သင်တန်းသားများကို အရာရှိများကိုယ်တိုင် မူးယစ်ဆေးရောင်းချနေဟု စစ်သုံ့ပန်းတစ်ဦး ဖွင့်ချ

စစ်ကောင်စီတပ်၏ အောက်ခြေတွင် စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်မှု ပြိုကွဲနေပြီး အရာရှိများကိုယ်တိုင် တပ်သားသစ်များအား မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါး ရောင်းချကာ ထိန်းချုပ်နေရကြောင်း ရက္ခိုင့်တပ်တော် (AA) ထံ ဖမ်းဆီးရမိထားသည့် စစ်သုံ့ပန်းတစ်ဦးက ထွက်ဆိုလိုက်သည်။ အဆိုပါ ထွက်ဆိုသူမှာ တမခ (၁၀၁) လက်အောက်ခံ၊ ခမရ (၂၅၇) မှ ကိုယ်ပိုင်အမှတ် တ/၅၆၂၈၉၀၊ တပ်သား ချစ်ကိုဇင် ဖြစ်သည်။

အတင်းအဓမ္မ ဖမ်းဆီးစုဆောင်းခံရပုံ တပ်သား ချစ်ကိုဇင်သည် ရန်ကုန်မြို့၊ အောင်ချမ်းသာရပ်ကွက်တွင် ပန်းရံလုပ်ကိုင်သူတစ်ဦးဖြစ်ပြီး ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇူလိုင်လ (၁) ရက်နေ့ ည (၉) နာရီခန့်တွင် အလုပ်မှ ပြန်လာစဉ် စစ်ကောင်စီတပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်များနှင့် ရပ်ကွက်အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးမှူးများက လမ်း၌ ဖမ်းဆီးခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ "မင်း ထောင်ကျခံမလား၊ စစ်ထဲဝင်မလား" ဟု ခြိမ်းခြောက်မေးမြန်းကာ ရိုက်နှက်ဖမ်းဆီးခဲ့ပြီးနောက် ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇူလိုင်လ (၁၆) ရက်နေ့တွင် အမှတ် (၁၁) တန်းမြင့်လေ့ကျင့်ရေးကျောင်း (ရွှေဘို/ရေဦး ဒေသ) သို့ ပို့ဆောင်ခြင်း ခံခဲ့ရသည်။

သင်တန်းကျောင်းတွင်း မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါး သုံးစွဲမှုများ စစ်သင်တန်းကျောင်း အတွင်း၌ စစ်သားစုဆောင်းခံရသူများမှာ စိတ်ဓာတ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ ကျဆင်းနေပြီး အချင်းချင်း ရန်ဖြစ်ခြင်း၊ ထွက်ပြေးရန် ကြိုးပမ်းခြင်းများ ရှိခဲ့သည်။ ထိုအခြေအနေကို ထိန်းချုပ်ရန်အတွက် သင်တန်းကျောင်းရှိ အရာရှိများနှင့် နည်းပြများသည် သင်တန်းသားများအား စိတ်ကြွဆေးပြား (WY) များကို ကိုယ်တိုင် ရောင်းချပေးကာ သုံးစွဲစေခဲ့ကြောင်း တပ်သား ချစ်ကိုဇင်က ဆိုသည်။

"သင်တန်းသားတွေ သုံးနေတဲ့ မူးယစ်ဆေးတွေက အဲဒီမှာရှိတဲ့ အရာရှိတွေ၊ နည်းပြတွေ သူတို့ကိုယ်တိုင်ကပဲ မောင်ပိုင်စီး ယူဆောင်ပေးပြီးတော့ သူတို့ကိုယ်တိုင်ကပဲ ပြန်ပြီးတော့ ရောင်းပေးပါတယ်" ဟု ၎င်းက ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

ရှေ့တန်းစစ်မျက်နှာနှင့် စွန့်ပစ်ခံဘဝ သင်တန်းဆင်းပြီးနောက် ခမရ (၂၅၇) သို့ ပို့ဆောင်ခံရပြီး ထိုမှတဆင့် ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်၊ မြောက်ဦးနှင့် ပလက်ဝဒေသသို့ စစ်အင်အား (၁၁၈) ဦးဖြင့် စစ်ကြောင်းထိုးရန် စေလွှတ်ခံခဲ့ရသည်။ ရှေ့တန်းရောက်သည့်အခါ အထက်အရာရှိများက နယ်မြေအခြေအနေမှန်ကို ဖုံးကွယ်ထားပြီး "မင်းတို့ ရောက်မယ့်နေရာက အထိုင်တပ်တွေ၊ ဘာမှ စိတ်မပူနဲ့" ဟု လိမ်လည် ပြောဆိုခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

ဇန်နဝါရီလအတွင်း ဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့သော တိုက်ပွဲတွင် ရက္ခိုင့်တပ်တော် (AA) ၏ ဝိုင်းဝန်းပိတ်ဆို့ခြင်းကို ခံခဲ့ရပြီး၊ ထိုအချိန်တွင် စစ်ကောင်စီဘက်မှ လေကြောင်းပစ်ကူများနှင့် လက်နက်ကြီး ပစ်ကူများသည် မိမိလူ ကိုယ်ပြန်မကြည့်ဘဲ ပစ်ခတ်ခဲ့သည့်အတွက် တပ်သားအများအပြား သေဆုံးဒဏ်ရာရခဲ့သည်။

"ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို AA အဖွဲ့က နေပြီးတော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ဘေးကင်းလုံခြုံစွာ ဆွဲထုတ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်" ဟု တပ်သား ချစ်ကိုဇင်က ထွက်ဆိုထားပြီး၊ လက်ရှိတွင် ရက္ခိုင့်တပ်တော်၏ ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းစောင့်ရှောက်မှုကို ခံယူနေရကြောင်း သိရှိရသည်။

A prisoner of war captured by the Arakan Army (AA) has testified that unity at the grassroots level of the Military Council's forces is crumbling, and officers themselves are controlling new recruits by selling them drugs. The testifier is Private Chit Ko Zin (Personal ID: Ta/562890) from Light Infantry Battalion (LIB) 257, under the 101st Light Infantry Division (LID).

The Manner of Forced Recruitment Private Chit Ko Zin was a mason living in Aung Chan Thar Ward, Yangon. On July 1, 2025, at around 9:00 PM, while returning from work, he was intercepted and arrested on the street by Military Council troops and ward administrators.

They threatened and interrogated him, asking, "Do you want to go to prison, or join the army?" After being beaten and arrested, he was sent to the No. 11 Advanced Training School (Shwebo/Ye-U region) on July 16, 2025.

Drug Use Within the Training School Inside the military training school, the morale of the forced recruits was extremely low, leading to internal fights and attempts to escape. To control this situation, officers and instructors at the school personally sold stimulant tablets (WY) to the trainees and encouraged their use, according to Private Chit Ko Zin.

"The drugs used by the trainees are brought in by the officers and instructors themselves—who monopolize the supply—and they personally resell them to us," he stated.

The Frontline and a Life Abandoned After completing training, he was transferred to LIB 257. From there, he was deployed to Rakhine State, specifically the Mrauk-U and Paletwa regions, as part of a column of 118 troops. Upon reaching the frontline, superior officers concealed the true situation on the ground, lying to them by saying, "The places you are going to are stationed base camps, don't worry about anything."

During a battle that took place in January, they were surrounded and blockaded by the Arakan Army (AA). At that time, the Military Council's air support and heavy artillery fired without regard for their own men, resulting in numerous deaths and injuries among the soldiers.

"The AA team pulled us out safely," Private Chit Ko Zin testified. It is reported that he is currently receiving good care and custody under the Arakan Army.
