မင်းအောင်လှိုင်သာမက သီတဂူနှင့် ဝီရသူပါ ICJ တရားခွင်တွင် တရားဝင် စွဲချက်တင်ခံရပြီ

ဒီနေ့ ICJ တရားခွင်ကနေ ထွက်ပေါ်လာတဲ့ အထူးခြားဆုံးနဲ့ တုန်လှုပ်ဖွယ်အကောင်းဆုံး သတင်းကတော့ စစ်ခေါင်းဆောင် မင်းအောင်လှိုင်သာမက ဘာသာရေးခေါင်းဆောင်လို့ အမည်ခံထားတဲ့ သီတဂူဆရာတော် နဲ့ ဦးဝီရသူ တို့ရဲ့ လူမျိုးသုဉ်းသတ်ဖြတ်မှု ပါဝင်ပတ်သက်မှုတွေကို ဂမ်ဘီယာရှေ့နေများက ကမ္ဘာ့တရားရုံးမှာ တရားဝင် ဖွင့်ချလိုက်တာပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

၁။ ဝီရသူနှင့် စစ်တပ်၏ ပူးပေါင်းကြံစည်မှု (Arsalan Suleman ၏ တင်ပြချက်) ဂမ်ဘီယာနိုင်ငံရှေ့နေ Arsalan Suleman က ဝီရသူရဲ့ ပါဝင်ပတ်သက်မှုကို အချက်အလက်ခိုင်ခိုင်လုံလုံနဲ့ တင်ပြသွားပါတယ်။

• ရှေ့တန်းအထိ သွားခဲ့ခြင်း -

• ၂၀၁၆ ခုနှစ် ပဋိပက္ခစဖြစ်ချိန်မှာ စစ်တပ်က ဝီရသူကို ရခိုင်ရှေ့တန်းနေရာတွေအထိ ခေါ်သွားပြီး စစ်ရာရှိတွေနဲ့ တွေ့ဆုံပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။

• ဟောပြောမှုနှင့် သတ်ဖြတ်မှု ဆက်စပ်နေ - 

• ဝီရသူက ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေကို နှိမ့်ချတဲ့ အသုံးအနှုန်းတွေ သုံးစွဲဟောပြောပြီး ပြန်လာပြီးနောက်မှာပဲ "စေတီပြင်" နဲ့ "ကျပ်ပြင်" ကျေးရွာတွေမှာ စစ်တပ်က နယ်မြေရှင်းလင်းရေးခေါင်းစဉ်တပ်ပြီး သတ်ဖြတ်မှုတွေ ကျူးလွန်ခဲ့တာကို ထောက်ပြခဲ့ပါတယ်။

• ဘွဲ့တံဆိပ် ချီးမြှင့်ခြင်း - 

• ဒီလို လူမျိုးသုဉ်းသတ်ဖြတ်ရေး အမုန်းစကားတွေကို လူမှုကွန်ရက်ကနေ ဖြန့်ဝေပေးခဲ့တဲ့ ဝီရသူကို မင်းအောင်လှိုင်က ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇန်နဝါရီ (၄) ရက်နေ့မှာ "သီရိပျံချီဘွဲ့" ပေးအပ်ခဲ့တာဟာ သူတို့ရဲ့ ပူးပေါင်းမှုကို သက်သေပြနေပါတယ်။

၂။ သီတဂူဆရာတော်၏ "လူသတ်ခြင်းကို တရားမျှတစေခဲ့သော ဟောပြောချက်" 

ICJ တရားခွင်မှာ အဆိုးရွားဆုံး သက်သေအဖြစ် တင်ပြခံရတာကတော့ သီတဂူဆရာတော်ရဲ့ ဟောပြောချက်ပါပဲ။ ဂမ်ဘီယာရှေ့နေတွေက သီတဂူရဲ့ အောက်ပါ ဟောပြောချက်ကို ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အစီရင်ခံစာမှတ်တမ်းနဲ့တကွ တင်ပြခဲ့ပါတယ်-

• "ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာ မဟုတ်သူများကို သတ်ဖြတ်ခြင်းသည် အကုသိုလ်မဖြစ်"။

• "ဘုရင်တစ်ပါး စစ်တိုက်ရင်း လူ ၅ သိန်း သေလို့ စိတ်မကောင်းဖြစ်နေချိန်မှာ ရဟန်းတွေက 'မပူပါနဲ့... သေသွားတဲ့အထဲမှာ ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာဝင် မပါလို့ သူတို့ဟာ တိရိစ္ဆာန်တွေသာသာပါပဲ။ လူသားစစ်စစ် တစ်ယောက်ခွဲပဲ ပါတာမို့ ဒါဟာ အပြစ်သေးသေးလေးပါ' လို့ ဖြေသိမ့်ခဲ့တယ်" ဆိုတဲ့ ဟောပြောချက်ကို သက်သေပြခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါဟာ လူသတ်မှုကို ဘာသာရေးခုတုံးလုပ်ပြီး တရားင်္သဘော သက်ရောက်အောင် ဝါဒဖြန့်ခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

၃။ ဖျက်ဆီးရန် ပစ်မှတ်ထားခြင်း ဂမ်ဘီယာ တရားရေးဝန်ကြီး Dawda Jallow နဲ့ ရှေ့နေ Paul Reichler တို့ကတော့ ဒီကိစ္စဟာ ဥပဒေကြောင်းသက်သက် မဟုတ်ဘဲ...

• အစုလိုက်အပြုံလိုက် မုဒိမ်းကျင့်ခြင်း၊

• လိင်အင်္ဂါ ဖြတ်တောက်ခြင်း၊

• ကလေးငယ်များကို အရှင်လတ်လတ် မီးရှို့သတ်ဖြတ်ခြင်း စတဲ့ စိတ်ကူးကြည့်လို့မရနိုင်လောက်အောင် ဆိုးရွားတဲ့ လုပ်ရပ်တွေနဲ့ ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေကို ဖျက်ဆီးဖို့ ပစ်မှတ်ထားခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ကြောင်း လျှောက်လဲခဲ့ပါတယ်။

အနှစ်ချုပ်ရရင်တော့ စစ်တပ်ဟာ လက်နက်နဲ့ သတ်ဖြတ်ခဲ့သလို၊ မဘသ ဘုန်းကြီးတွေကလည်း "အမုန်းတရား" နဲ့ စိတ်ဓာတ်စစ်ဆင်ရေး လုပ်ပေးခဲ့တာကို ICJ မှာ တရားဝင် ဖော်ထုတ်လိုက်ပြီ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

The most significant and shocking news to emerge from today's ICJ hearing is that The Gambia's lawyers have officially exposed to the World Court the complicity in genocide not only of military leader Min Aung Hlaing but also of the so-called religious leaders Sitagu Sayadaw and U Wirathu.

1. The Conspiracy between Wirathu and the Military (Arsalan Suleman's Submission)

The Gambia's legal counsel, Arsalan Suleman, presented concrete evidence regarding U Wirathu's involvement.

• Going to the Frontlines: When the conflict began in 2016, the military took Wirathu to the frontlines in Rakhine State and facilitated meetings between him and military officers.

• Connection between Preaching and Killing: It was pointed out that Wirathu preached using derogatory terms against the Rohingya. Shortly after his return from the area, the military committed killings in "Zay Di Pyin" and "Kyat Pyin" villages under the guise of "clearance operations."

• Awarding of Titles: The fact that Min Aung Hlaing awarded the "Thiri Pyanchi" title on January 4, 2023, to Wirathu—who had disseminated these genocidal hate speeches via social media—serves as proof of their collaboration.

2. Sitagu Sayadaw's "Sermon Justifying Murder"

The most damning evidence presented at the ICJ was the sermon delivered by Sitagu Sayadaw. The Gambia's lawyers submitted the following sermon records alongside UN reports:

• "Killing non-Buddhists is not a sin (Akusala)."

• He preached a story where a King felt remorse after 500,000 people died in a war, but monks comforted him by saying, "Do not worry... no Buddhists were among the dead; they were merely animals. Only one and a half actual human beings were included, so this is but a minor sin."

This was exposed as propaganda that weaponized religion to legitimize murder.

3. Targeted for Destruction

The Gambia's Attorney General Dawda Jallow and Lawyer Paul Reichler argued that this is not merely a legal matter. They contended that the Rohingya were targeted for destruction through unimaginably horrific acts, including:

• Mass gang rape,

• Mutilation of genitals,

•  In conclusion, it has now been officially exposed at the ICJ that while the military killed with weapons, the Ma Ba Tha monks waged a "psychological warfare" using "hatred."
