ပုလဲနယ်က ပဋိပက္ခမီး - NUG အခွန်ဂိတ်ကို BNRA ဝင်စီး၊ လူဖမ်း လက်နက်သိမ်းမှု နောက်ကွယ်က အကြောင်းရင်း

 

ဇန်နဝါရီလ ၁၇ ရက်၊ ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်။

စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်း၊ ပုလဲမြို့နယ်ဟာ တော်လှန်ရေးရဲ့ အမာခံနယ်မြေတစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပေမဲ့ ဒီရက်ပိုင်းအတွင်း တော်လှန်ရေးအင်အားစုအချင်းချင်းကြားက ပဋိပက္ခတွေကြောင့် ဒေသခံတွေနဲ့ ပြည်သူတွေ စိတ်မကောင်း ဖြစ်နေကြရပါတယ်။

ဒီကနေ့ (ဇန်နဝါရီ ၁၇) နေ့လယ်ပိုင်းမှာ ဗိုလ်နဂါး ဦးဆောင်တဲ့ ဗမာအမျိုးသား တော်လှန်ရေးတပ်မတော် (BNRA) က ပုလဲမြို့နယ်၊ ပန်းရွာမှာရှိတဲ့ NUG လက်အောက်ခံ ပြည်သူ့အုပ်ချုပ်ရေး (ပအဖ) အခွန်ဂိတ်ကို ဝင်ရောက်စီးနင်းခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ဖြစ်စဉ်အကျဉ်း ပုလဲမြို့နယ် ပအဖ တာဝန်ခံ ဦးဇော်ထက်ရဲ့ အတည်ပြုချက်အရ -

• BNRA အင်အားစုများက အခွန်ဂိတ်ကို ဝင်ရောက်စီးနင်းခဲ့။

• ပအဖ တာဝန်ခံ ဦးဇော်ထက်ကို သေနတ်ဖြင့် အချက် ၂၀ ခန့် ပစ်ခတ်ခဲ့သော်လည်း လွတ်မြောက်ခဲ့ (ရဲဘော်တစ်ဦး ခြေထောက်ထိမှန်)။

• ပြည်သူ့လုံခြုံရေးအဖွဲ့ (ပလဖ) အဖွဲ့ဝင် ၂ ဦးကို BNRA က ဖမ်းဆီးခေါ်ဆောင်သွား။

• သေနတ် ၅ လက် (အရှည် ၃ လက်၊ အတို ၂ လက်)၊ စစ်အသုံးအဆောင်များနှင့် အခွန်ငွေများကို ယူဆောင်သွားကြောင်း သိရပါတယ်။

လက်တုံ့ပြန်ခြင်းလော? ဒီဖြစ်စဉ် မတိုင်ခင် ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ဇန်နဝါရီ ၉ ရက်နေ့ကလည်း NUG လက်အောက်ခံ PDF တပ်ရင်းတွေက BNRA ရဲ့ ဂိတ်နှစ်ဂိတ် (ချင်ပြစ်ရွာနဲ့ ပုပ္ပါးရွာအနီး) ကို ဝင်ရောက်ရှင်းလင်းပြီး လက်နက် ၁၀ လက်ကို သိမ်းဆည်းခဲ့တဲ့ ဖြစ်စဉ် ရှိခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီလက်နက်တွေထဲက ၉ လက်ကိုတော့ ပြန်ရပြီလို့ BNRA ဘက်က ဆိုထားပါတယ်။ အခုဖြစ်စဉ်ဟာ အဲ့ဒီကိစ္စပြီး ၉ ရက်အကြာမှာ ဖြစ်လာတာမို့ "သွားပိုးမွှား ကိုက်၊ လာပိုးမွှား ကိုက်" ဆိုသလို လက်တုံ့ပြန်တဲ့ သဘောဆောင်နေတယ်လို့ သုံးသပ်ရပါတယ်။

 ပုလဲနယ်ဟာ စစ်ကောင်စီကို အပြင်းအထန် တော်လှန်နေတဲ့ နေရာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီလိုနေရာမျိုးမှာ ဘုံရန်သူကို မတိုက်ဘဲ အချင်းချင်း နယ်မြေလုတာ၊ ဂိတ်ကိစ္စ ငြင်းခုန်တာ၊ လက်နက်ပြန်သိမ်းတာတွေ လုပ်နေကြတာဟာ တော်လှန်ရေး အရှိန်ကို လျော့ကျစေပါတယ်။

• ပြည်သူလူထု နစ်နာခြင်း - ကြားထဲက မြေစာပင် ဖြစ်ရတာ ပြည်သူတွေပါ။ ဟိုဘက်ကလည်း စစ်ဆေး၊ ဒီဘက်ကလည်း စစ်ဆေးနဲ့ အခွန်တွေ ထပ်ခါထပ်ခါ ပေးနေရရင် ပြည်သူတွေ ငြိုငြင်လာနိုင်ပါတယ်။

• စစ်ကောင်စီ အကြိုက် - တော်လှန်ရေးအဖွဲ့တွေ ကွဲပြားပြီး အချင်းချင်း ပစ်နေကြတာဟာ စစ်ကောင်စီအတွက်တော့ လက်ခုပ်တီးစရာ ဖြစ်နေပါလိမ့်မယ်။

NUG တာဝန်ရှိသူတွေရော၊ BNRA ခေါင်းဆောင် ဗိုလ်နဂါးရော ဒီကိစ္စကို လက်နက်နဲ့ မဖြေရှင်းဘဲ စားပွဲဝိုင်းမှာ ဆွေးနွေးညှိနှိုင်းပြီး အဖြေရှာကြဖို့ ပြည်သူတွေက မျှော်လင့်နေကြပါတယ်။ ဖမ်းဆီးသွားတဲ့ ရဲဘော်တွေကိုလည်း ဘေးကင်းစွာ ပြန်လွှတ်ပေးဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။

Although Pale Township in Sagaing Region is a stronghold of the revolution, local residents and the public are currently feeling disheartened due to conflicts arising between revolutionary forces in recent days.

This afternoon (January 17), the Burma National Revolutionary Army (BNRA), led by Bo Naga, raided a tax gate operated by the NUG-affiliated People's Administration (Pa Ah Pha) in Pan Village, Pale Township.

Incident Summary According to confirmation from U Zaw Htet, the official in charge of the Pale Township People's Administration:

• BNRA forces raided the tax gate.

• Approximately 20 shots were fired at the administrator, U Zaw Htet, but he managed to escape (one comrade was hit in the leg).

• Two members of the People's Security Team (Pa La Pha) were arrested and taken away by the BNRA.

• It is reported that 5 firearms (3 long guns, 2 short guns), military equipment, and tax revenue were taken.

Is this Retaliation? Prior to this incident, on January 9, there was an event where NUG-affiliated PDF battalions cleared two BNRA gates (near Chin Pyit village and Popa village) and seized 10 weapons. The BNRA stated that 9 of those weapons have been returned. Since the current incident occurred exactly 9 days after that event, it is analyzed to be a retaliatory act, resembling a tit-for-tat cycle of conflict.

Pale Township is a region resisting the Military Council with great intensity. In such a critical area, fighting each other over territory, disputing gate issues, and seizing weapons instead of fighting the common enemy diminishes the momentum of the revolution.

Public Suffering The public are the ones who suffer, caught in the crossfire as grass trampled by fighting buffaloes. If they are subjected to inspections by both sides and forced to pay taxes repeatedly, public resentment may grow.

To the Military Council's Delight The division and firefights among revolutionary groups are likely matters the Military Council applauds.

The public hopes that both NUG officials and BNRA leader Bo Naga will resolve this issue through dialogue at the negotiation table rather than with weapons. It is also imperative to safely release the comrades who have been arrested.
